Shipping policy
At Velour Jewellery we are committed to delivering your order reliably and on time. Please take a moment to review our shipping terms below.
Where We Ship
We ship within the United Kingdom only. We are not currently able to deliver to addresses outside the UK.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no handling fees or surcharges, and you will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday by our courier partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link to follow your parcel and check its estimated delivery date.
Delays
While we aim to meet the delivery times above, unexpected factors such as courier delays, weather conditions or seasonal demand can affect shipping. Velour Jewellery is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will always help you locate your parcel.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@velourjewellery.com as soon as possible and we will correct it if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@velourjewellery.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only once you, or a person you have nominated, takes physical possession of the goods.
